A number of new client families take up service with ISADD at the beginning of the year, especially in WA, so it is timely to check with them that they have received and, more importantly, read the ISADD Parent Handbook.
The Handbook contains much useful information – including what families can expect from ISADD, what ISADD expects from families, and what to do if any issues arise.
If any family has not received a copy of the Handbook, they should request one through their Case Manager.
